Warning:
Never service a heater while it is plugged in, operating or still hot. Severe burns and electrical shock can occur.
Note: Correct pump pressure must be calibrated after installation.
This can be done using a low pressure gauge such as the DESA HA1180 gauge or an equivalent.
This can also be done by turning your adjusting screw clockwise until the nose cone of the heater is glowing orange except for the last inch of you nose cone.
This will give you the optimum heat from your unit as well as the least amount of fumes. If fumes burn your eyes discontinue use and consult a service technician.
When removing replacement Rotor from the package and installing into the heater, do not strike or drop the rotor or damage may occur.
Handle rotor by the body only.
No warranty will be given for parts damaged during installation.
If part is broken upon receipt a picture will need to be taken of the part in the unopened package before any parts exchange can occur.
