    Description

    Up for auction is an antique Navajo rug  39" x 82". This was purchased by a collector and expert in Native American art from an antique shop in Rochelle Park, NJ in 1970.  Please view edges for evidence of authentic Navajo weaving from multi grey, whites and rich reds. There are worn and frayed edges so please view all pictures. The discoloration on the back is due to a house fire.  The rug was cleaned and deodorized for smoke smell by a company that specializes in this kind of work.  There is no odor in the piece.
