International orders must be shipped from our International shipping office in California, if the tool is not in our International California warehouse and must be transferred, this usually adds 1-2 business days but in some cases may add up to 7 days to total international shipping time. Depending on the item we will ship either via UPS or USPS. Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico,Guam and Hawaii are extra, also shipping to these areas adds to handling time. Most Items ship UPS and are received within 3 days of payment. Items damaged in shipping should not accepted if damage is obvious, if not Tooldom must be contacted immediately.
