I do not know much about paints, but it seems like the paint is acrylic. The paint is built up instead of flat. Has depth.

The painting is beautiful, but has some paint chipped off and missing on the top of the “table”.
Frame is worn has a tan spot on the white frame.
A previous owner parked in black on the back of the frame with 10-.
