The Tiffany & Co. .995 Silver ring is pre owned, from a storage unit.  The ring is in good condition, tarnished, no damage to the band, personalized inside the band.  Original display box and outer box with the ring.  Tag on the outer box.
The Tiffany & Co. Mens .995 Silver ring.  Number on the box is 88178475 99023309 15, 5/17/78, #529186.  M'S, S/S Ring/Black Onyx/Initials, 15 C. Size 10R.
The ring is in good condition, no damage to the band, tarnished, I did not polish as everyone has their own way to polish.  Stone is in good condition, slight scuffs, no cracks or nicks.  The Nestle name is on each side of the stone.  The initials of the former owner are inside the ring, the box has the name of the former owner on the tag.
The Ring display box is in good condition,Slight wear from age and normal handling.  Outer box has slight scuffs on the edges and corners, no separations.
